Vaginismus deserves a voice and an advocate. Her name is GINA.

GINA is an app dedicated to overcoming vaginismus and starting a larger conversation around sex and sexual pain. GINA was created to inform, support, and spark change.

There is a considerable lack of research, awareness, and support for those suffering from vaginismus. GINA is here to reinstill a sense of hope and shine a spotlight on sexual pain.

Each experience with vaginismus will be different, but no one should have to go through it alone. Let’s do this together.

Let's do this with GINA.

Our values

Knowledge

We believe in sexual education for all, GINA is here to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to get through this.

We believe in advocating for sexual health, you alone have the power to choose your own journey through vaginismus.

Community

No one should have to suffer through vaginismus alone. Better yet, we believe that together, we have the power to learn, support one another, and create change.

Inclusivity

We understand that not everyone who is a woman has female genitalia, and not everyone with female genitalia is a woman.

The purpose of GINA is to provide helpful information, via transparent and clear communication. We hope GINA can be a trusted resource among the LGBTIQ+ community.

Humour

Life is often easier with a sense of humour. Vaginismus doesn’t have to be worse than it already is, GINA was created with a sense of fun and humour and we hope it brings a little giggle to your day.

Communication

We value clear and inclusive language over cold and clinical terminology.

We firmly believe you shouldn’t need a medical degree to feel in control of your own sexual health.
